TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Registration and Enrollment:

By enrolling in our coaching program, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Registration fees are non-refundable.

2. Payment:

Payment for coaching services is due in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of access to coaching materials and sessions.

3. Attendance:

Regular attendance is essential for success. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the coaching provider.

4. Code of Conduct:

Students are expected to maintain a respectful and positive environment during coaching sessions. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of coaching services.

5. Confidentiality:

All coaching sessions are confidential. Coaches will not disclose any personal information shared by the student, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to oneself or others.

6. Intellectual Property:

All coaching materials provided are the intellectual property of the coaching provider and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit permission.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made within a specified period may be eligible for a partial refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified period.

8. Termination of Services:

The coaching provider reserves the right to terminate coaching services if a student fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein or engages in behavior deemed unacceptable.

9. Feedback and Improvement:

Students are encouraged to provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality of coaching services. The coaching provider may use anonymous feedback for improvement purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability:

The coaching provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of coaching services.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The coaching provider reserves the right to terminate coaching services if a student fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein or engages in behavior deemed unacceptable.
